Every lesson opens with a tiny, commented snippet. No wall of theory — just enough to try something.
Press Run
The game appears on the right in a fraction of a second. Break it, tweak it, run it again — that loop is the lesson.
Ship a real game
By lesson eight they have a finished Breakout clone. Snake, Flappy and a maze follow — then eight brand-new lessons mid-course (a keyboard piano, Pong, a runner, a jumper, memory match, a maze chase, falling blocks and minesweeper) and a final Space Blaster — fifteen games in total, all the fundamentals — plus two bonus lessons that teach game feel: particle bursts, screen shake and endless waves with a boss.

Questions parents ask
Does my child need any coding experience?
No. Lesson one assumes zero — they start by drawing shapes with three lines of code. If they can read English sentences and follow instructions, they can start.
What do we need to install?
Nothing. The editor and the game run entirely in the browser — Chromebook, tablet or PC. Progress is saved on the device automatically.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is $29 $19 once during the launch offer — for lifetime access to all twenty-six lessons and any lesson we add later. After the first 100 buyers the price is $29.
What will they be able to do afterwards?
They will understand variables, loops, functions, keyboard input, collision and game states — the exact foundations behind every JavaScript game framework.
What if it is not a fit?
Reply to the receipt within 30 days and we refund the payment in full. No forms, no questions.
What age is it for?
Built for ages 10 and up. The lesson text assumes basic English reading, but code is just numbers and English keywords — kids who read a little English do fine with a parent nearby.
How long does it take?
Each lesson takes 10 to 30 minutes — about seven hours for all twenty-six. Most families do two or three a week and finish in about a month; the parent guide has a four-week plan.
Which languages is it in?
English, 简体中文, 繁體中文 and Español — switch from the top bar and the whole site, every lesson included, changes with it.
Does my child need an account?
No sign-up, no login, no tracking and no ads. Progress and saved code live in the browser on their own device — nothing is ever uploaded.
Is there a certificate?
Yes — type their name and print a completion certificate for all twenty-six lessons, free on the certificate page.
Do I need to sit with them?
Only if you want to. The parent guide shows how to help even if you have never written a line of code, and what to do when they get stuck.
How is this different from free videos?
Every lesson ends in a game they actually play, with a fix-the-bug check and a challenge — they write real code from lesson one instead of copying a tutorial.
I already bought — how do I open it?
Use the I already bought link under the buy button — paste your Ko-fi receipt link or order number and the full course opens on that device. Each device needs it once.
